You understand it is a breach of the CTS to send commercial bulk e-mail, also known as spam, containing a Care2 e-mail address as the "From" or "Reply-To" address. As compensation for such a breach of contract, user agrees to pay Care2 US $10,000 each day user sends commercial bulk e-mail, containing a Care2 E-MAIL address as the "From" or "Reply-To" address.
