All provisions of this Agreement that require continued performance, compliance, or effect beyond the termination date of the Agreement, including, without limitation, those related to or regarding disclaimer, limitation of liability, and indemnification hereby survive any termination of the Agreement or any termination of your use of or subscription to PURE and shall be enforceable in the event of a failure to perform or comply.
