If any provision of the Terms and Conditions shall be partially or fully invalid or for any reason unenforceable, the validity of the other provisions of the Terms and Conditions shall not be affected thereby. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a provision that economically best achieves the objectives of the parties.
