To the extent permitted by applicable law and other than where you are acting as a consumer in the UK, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us (and our affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors, employees, agents, or third-party service providers) harmless from any and all claims, suits, actions, losses, costs, damages, and any other liabilities, including reasonable professional legal fees, brought by a third party arising out of or related to (i) your use or misuse of any location information or PURE generally, (ii) any violation of the rights of any other person or entity by you, (iii)&nbsp;any breach or violation by you of the Terms and Conditions, or (iv) your use of PURE to meet another User in-person or to locate and attend any offline place or event.</p> <p>We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of these claims.
