<p>If you are a resident of any country other than Brazil, these Terms and the relationship between you and us (including any dispute) shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of California, U.S., as they apply to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within California between California residents, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
