To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you will indemnify, defend and hold harmless us and our subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of our respective officers, directors, agents, partners and employees (individually and collectively, the “Company Parties”) from and against any losses, liabilities, claims, demands, damages, expenses or costs (“Claims”) arising out of or related to (a) your access to or use of the Descript Service; (b) your User Content or Feedback; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation, misappropriation or infringement of any rights of another (including intellectual property rights or privacy rights); (e) your conduct in connection with the Descript Service; (f) the use of any Training Audio you create or submit; or (g) your creation or use of any Projects; (h) the use of any Generative Tools or Third-Party Content; or (I) any breach or alleged breach of any of the representations or warranties set forth in these Terms.
