You hereby grant to us a perpetual, irrevocable, nonexclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, fully paid, worldwide license to create derivative works from, access, reproduce, distribute, process, publish, display, perform, adapt, modify, analyze, and otherwise use the User Content and any name, username or likeness provided in connection with your User Content in all media formats and channels now known or later developed without compensation to you or a third party to provide, maintain, and improve the Descript Service; provided that our use of any Projects you create is subject to the usage limitations and confidentiality obligations set forth in Section 9 below.
