Company will:</p> <ul> <li>notify the Customer as soon as practicable after it becomes aware of any Personal Data Breach affecting, any Customer Personal Data; and</li> <li>at the Customer’s request and promptly provide the Customer with all reasonable assistance necessary to enable the Customer to notify a Personal Data Breach to the relevant Data Protection Authorities and/or affected Data Subjects.
