The required level of data protection for the associated transfer to third countries is provided in that memail exclusively uses servers from server operators which are members of the EUUS Privacy Shield Framework. The European Commission issued a socalled adequacy decision in relation to the EUUS Privacy Shield under Art. 45(1) first sentence of the GDPR by way of a decision of 12 July 2016, which confirms that the EUUS Privacy Shield ensures an adequate level of protection for a data transfer.
