If these Terms expire or are terminated for any reason, the provisions which by their nature should continue after termination including Proprietary Rights, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Your Legal Liability, Arbitration/Dispute Resolution For U.S. Residents, Dispute Resolution Non-U.S. Residents, No Rights of Third Parties, and Miscellaneous shall survive any such expiration or termination.
