User certifies to Brilliant that if User is an individual (i.e., not a corporation), User is legally permitted to use the Services and, if under 18 years of age, is accessing the Service under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. For Users under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept this Agreement on the User's behalf.
