When you request an allocation of a unique name or number from our allocations service by email, we record your name and contact details from the email’s headers (and/or from the contact details included in your attached Request file) in a confidential database to identify you as the owner of that allocation. This information is stored indefinitely unless you specifically contact us to inform us that the allocation is no longer required.
