Unless provided otherwise in these Terms, if any provision of these Terms, or any Additional Terms, is for any reason deemed unenforceable by a court or arbitrator, you agree that every attempt will be made to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in that provision, and the remaining provisions contained in this Agreement will continue in full force and effect.
