We grant you a limited, nonexclusive license to access, display and use the UGA, including the UGA of certain games played by other users on the Service; provided, however, that license is subject to this Agreement and does not include any right to: (a) sell, resell or use it commercially; (b) hide, delete, modify or otherwise make any derivative uses of the UGA, or any portion thereof; (c) use any data mining, robots or similar data gathering or extraction methods;
