To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Aura, its affiliates, agents, suppliers, vendors, contractors, resellers, third-party partners, and licensors, and each of their respective contractors, subcontractors, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, and its third-party suppliers, licensors, and partners (collectively, the “Aura Entities”) harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees and expenses, arising out of your access to or use of the Services.
