To use Our Services, you must be Eligible, establish a user account, and enroll in a Subscription to the Services. In order to access and use certain Services, you may be required to download and install certain Software on a device.  “Eligible” means that you reside in either Canada or the United States of America and (i) you are 18 years of age or above the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence (whichever is greater); or (ii) you are 13 years of age or older (in Quebec, 14 years of age or older), but under the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence and are using the Services with the permission and involvement of your parent or legal guardian who has agreed to these Terms.
