<p>The Terms, General Disputes and IP Disputes (defined below), and any other claim brought by you against Company or by Company against you pursuant to this Section, or otherwise related to the Services, Content, Company Licensed Elements, or other Company products or services, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict of law principles.
