Upon termination of these Terms: (a) your license and all corresponding rights will terminate and you must immediately cease all use of the Service; (b) you will no longer be authorized to access your Account or the Service; (c) you must pay edX any unpaid amount that was due prior to termination; and (d) all payment obligations accrued prior to termination and Sections 6.3 (<em>Feedback</em>), 7 (<em>Ownership; Proprietary Rights</em>), 9 (<em>User Content</em>), 14.3 (<em>Effect of Termination</em>), 15 (<em>Indemnity</em>), 16 (<em>Disclaimers; No Warranties by edX</em>), 17 (<em>Limitation of Liability</em>), 18 (<em>Dispute Resolution and Arbitration</em>), and 19 (<em>Miscellaneous</em>) will survive.
