<p>In the event that applicable laws prevent a valid assignment of some or all of your rights in Derived UGCs, you hereby grant us a perpetual (or for the duration of the rights), royalty-free, exclusive, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable to other users, worldwide license to use, copy, host, reproduce, represent, modify, display, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display and, in general, otherwise exploit, online and offline, Derived UGC for any purpose, without you necessarily being mentioned as the source of such Derived UGC.
