If you breach this Agreement or engage in any behavior whatsoever which is, in our sole discretion, an abuse and/or in violation of the spirit of the COGNOSPHERE Game(s) or is otherwise inappropriate or objectionable, we shall be entitled to, without prior notice, suspend your access to the COGNOSPHERE Services for an indefinite period of time, block your Account, terminate your access to the COGNOSPHERE Services, and/or terminate this Agreement immediately without prior notice.
