Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, or the breach thereof, shall be resolved by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered by a court in Kansas City, Missouri, to the exclusion of all other courts and fora.
