<p>These terms, and all claims or defenses based on, arising out of, or related to these Terms or the relationship between you and DSP created hereby, whether sounding in contract, tort, law, equity, or otherwise, shall be governed by, and enforced in accordance with, the internal laws of the State of Wyoming including its statute of limitations, without reference to its choice of law rules or any principle calling for application of the law of any other jurisdiction.
