Where we transfer personal data from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we do so in accordance with applicable cross-border transfer mechanisms under the GDPR, UK GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, including, as applicable, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent instruments.
