By uploading or submitting your User Content through the Service, you hereby grant Docker and its affiliates and partners (collectively, the “Docker Licensees”) a worldwide, non-exclusive, fully paid-up, royalty-free license to reproduce (including by making mechanical reproductions), reformat, distribute, publicly display, and publicly perform your User Content in connection with providing you and other users with the services, features and functionalities available on or through the Service; provided, that for any User Content that is subject to an open source license, Docker’s rights shall be limited to the rights granted under the applicable open source license.
