This Agreement is written in the English language. Any translation of this Agreement into any other language is provided solely for convenience and shall not be binding upon either party. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and any translated version of this Agreement, the English version shall prevail and control for all purposes, including in any dispute, proceeding, or litigation.</p>
