In line with that belief, CompTIA’s policy is to terminate the accounts of users of the Services who are repeat infringers of copyright.  In addition, pursuant to 17 U.S.C. Section 512, as amended, CompTIA has implemented procedures for receiving written notification of claimed copyright infringements and for processing such claims in accordance with the law.
