You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bluesky, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “<strong>Bluesky Parties</strong>”) from and against any and all claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses—including reasonable legal and accounting fees—arising out of or in any way related to:</p> <ol> <li><p>Your access to or use of Bluesky Social;</p></li> <li><p>Your User Content;</p></li> <li><p>Your violation of these Terms or any other applicable Bluesky policies;</p></li> <li><p>Any actions you take through or in connection with our services; or</p></li> <li><p>Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.</p></li> </ol> <p>Bluesky reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you.
