I do want to specify, you can edit/delete your comments and from the Vector Messenger interface, but they are still on the Nostr network. This is the nature of the network, as it is immutable, though this information is not available to anyone except for the agreed parties you shared it with. You cannot currently delete accounts, not because Vector intends for that as the UX, but because of the nature of the Nostr network once again.
