In the event that Blizzard chooses to cease providing the Platform, part of the Platform, or license to a third party the right to provide the Platform, Blizzard will use reasonable commercial efforts to provide you with no less than three (3) months prior notice, unless the discontinuance arises from a matter that is beyond Blizzard’s control or causes the provision of such advance notice not to be possible or feasible.
