Each party to this Agreement hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in the County of San Diego in the State of California for any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement, the Sites or any Site-related services, and waives any jurisdictional, venue or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.
