Claims for damages by the Customer (for direct, consequential and indirect damages) are excluded to the extent permitted by law, in particular for loss of revenue, loss of savings, loss of profits, loss of use, useless expenditures, reduction in company valuation or similar losses, reputational damage or consequential damage. This exclusion also applies to the liability of auxiliary persons of Threema. Liability for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct remains reserved.
