The Customer is responsible for the use of the Service by its users to whom it has granted access authorizations (employees, business partners, etc.) and for compliance with any statutory and/or regulatory requirements.</p> <p>4.2 The Customer is responsible for managing access credentials and passwords as well as encryption keys. Access credentials, passwords and encryption keys must be kept secret by the Customer and protected against unauthorized access by third parties.
