For the term of this agreement, the Customer is granted the non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable right to use the Service and the software applications required for the use of the Service (hereinafter “<strong>Apps</strong>”) in line with the purpose of this Agreement and pursuant to these Terms of Service (hereinafter “<strong>Contractual Use</strong>”).</p>
