Except for (i) qualifying claims that may be brought in small claims court and (ii) for claims brought by residents of the EEA, Switzerland, or the UK: the Parties agree that any dispute concerning, relating, or referring to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with the applicable rules then in effect for the AAA, and shall be brought for arbitration in Westchester County, New York.
