<p>If your use of the Services or your User Content causes a third party to bring a claim against Fluxer (for example, a copyright infringement claim), you agree to cooperate with us in resolving that claim and, to the extent the law permits, to bear the reasonable costs and damages directly attributable to your actions. This doesn't apply to the extent a claim arises from our own breach, negligence, or wilful misconduct.
