You must not use the Services if</strong> applicable law in your jurisdiction prohibits you from doing so, if you're subject to relevant export control or sanctions restrictions (see Section 14), or if your account has previously been terminated by us for breach of these terms, unless we've expressly agreed in writing to let you return.
