In the event of damages to property and financial damages (<em>Sach- und Vermögensschäden</em>) caused by slight negligence of either You or YouTube, its representatives or vicarious agents, and not resulting from a violation of a guarantee, a procurement risk or a breach of a cardinal obligation, liability shall be limited to the amount of the damage which was foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract and typical taking into account the nature of the contract (<em>vorhersehbarer und vertragstypischer Schaden</em>). Liability based on the German Product Liability Act (<em>Produkthaftungsgesetz</em>) shall remain unaffected in any case.
