To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Sudomemo LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use, the Service, or your use of Sudomemo shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
