The Good Cloud’s liability for indirect losses, including consequential loss, lost profits, or data loss, is excluded.<br /> 8.6 The total compensation for damages shall not exceed:<br />  • Consumers: EUR 100 per incident.<br />  • Businesses: the amount paid in the preceding twelve (12) months, capped at EUR 1,000.
