You shall not:</p> <p>&nbsp;(a)&nbsp;copy the&nbsp;Company Properties, except as expressly permitted by this license;</p> <p>(b)&nbsp;modify, translate, adapt, or otherwise create derivative works&nbsp;of,&nbsp;or improvements, whether or not patentable, of&nbsp;or to any part of&nbsp;the&nbsp;Company Properties;</p> <p>(c)&nbsp;merge,&nbsp;reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, or otherwise attempt to derive or gain access to the source code of&nbsp;or to&nbsp;the&nbsp;Company Properties&nbsp;or any part thereof;
