Blackboard requires that the parents, guardian, or other authorized adult or educational institution of a minor affirmatively consent to the use of a Blackboard Product by such minor. Blackboard reserves the right to provide access to the minor’s account to the minor’s parents, guardian or other authorized adult or educational institution, upon such adult’s request.
