Minors under 18 and at least 13 years of age or the equivalent age as specified by law in the applicable jurisdiction (e.g., 16 years of age if you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA)) are permitted to access and/or use the Software and create an Account only if they have the appropriate permission from, and are under the direct supervision of, their parent or legal guardian who meets the eligibility requirements above.
