By using the Services or registering an Account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority where you reside if that jurisdiction has an older age of majority, you have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement, and that you reside in the United States or its territories. If you are the parent, legal guardian, or duly authorized personal representative of an individual, you may use the Services on behalf of this individual.
