If the Accountholder allows a minor to use a Subaccount or Subaccount Card but is not the minors parent or legal guardian (e.g., the Accountholder is the minors grandparent or relative), the Accountholder agrees to obtain permission from the minors parent or legal guardian so that the responsible person can have the above discussions with the minor and provide all of the above consents.
