However, a person who is 14 years old or will turn 14 during the same calendar year may register for the Service and use the Service as a Worker subject to the consent of such person’s guardian in accordance with the laws and regulations governing young workers. By registering for the Service, the Worker represents and warrants to be i) at least 15 years old or ii) 14 years old or will turn 14 during the same calendar year who has obtained the consent of his or her guardian in accordance with the laws and regulations governing young workers.
