In order to maintain an account with TDS, you must be 18 years of age or older. By agreeing to the Service Agreement, you certify you meet this minimum age requirement. Minors are permitted to use TDS Services with the express permission of a registered adult. The actions of that minor while using the account are the sole responsibility of the adult to whom the account is registered.
