If you are under the age of majority pursuant to the laws in your jurisdiction (typically under the age of 18), you may not register or use the Services without first obtaining permission from your parent or guardian. Where a parent or legal guardian registers or establishes a User Account on your behalf as a minor they will be contracting with Pearson on your behalf until you reach the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction, at which point the contract will transfer to you.
