Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use the Scholar’s App Website themselves and will not be permitted to register or submit a Scholars App application. Parents or legal guardians of children under the age of 13 may register to use the Scholar’s App Website and submit the Scholar’s App application on behalf of a child under the age of 13.
