If you are under the age of 13 (a <strong>Child User</strong>), you may not create an Account for the Platform without consent and approval from your legal parent or guardian. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to the Terms on your behalf. Child Users may use the Platform if they register with a unique code provided by a Parent User or a Teacher User, or if they provide the email address of a legal parent or guardian, which we can contact to obtain their consent.
