They must consent to this Agreement; </li> <li>Notwithstanding your age, if any law applicable to you requires that you must get parental consent for the provision of any of the Services, you represent that a parent or legal guardian also agrees to this section on your behalf. </li> <li>If you are a parent or legal guardian of a user under the age of 18 or any other age as required by any applicable law, by allowing your child or ward to use the Service, you are subject to the terms of this Agreement and responsible for your child’s activity on the Service. </li>
